How to Transition from Finance to Product Management

How did you Find Out About Product Gym?

I met Rich about a yearago, when he first started working on the curriculum at Product Gym. I had just taken a year off, and wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to do, but I did know that I wanted to get into Product. The issue was, I had no idea how to get into Product. That was about the time when Rich was working on his curriculum that he said was highly effective, and I signed up.

What was your Job Hunting Strategy Before Product Gym?

I honestly didn’t know how to go about presenting myself as a strong candidate for Product Management before. After taking a year off, I decided that I wanted to get into Product, but I didn’t know how to, so I was kind of lost. I’m actually pretty lucky I met Rich and he devised this amazing curriculum to help me get on track.

How has Product Gym Impacted your Career and Life?

Product Gym pretty much secured me my first Product Management job, which was at Prolific Interactive, and everything afterwards was on track. I finally got into Product, and I don’t think I would have even known where to begin were it not for Product Gym, and Rich’s extensive knowledge on how landing Product Management jobs work.

Not only did I learn the fundamentals of Product Management, and how the role functions specifically, but also how to land the Product Management interviews, and job offers. I just want to thank Product Gym and Rich again, for helping me get my future dream career on track.
