About The SDET Scholarship
Product Gym’s SDET scholarship is available to professional adults who
- Have not completed a university degree
- Completed their degree within the past 3 years and struggle to find a job
- Are educators: teachers at the primary, secondary, or post-secondary level
When you submit your application for the SDET scholarship, your information will be sent to our program faculty. We will review your application. If you are eligible, we will reach out to let you know! You’ll then complete a $700.00 USD Commitment Deposit to secure your seat in the program.
When you complete the program within the expected 15-week time frame, your Commitment Deposit will be fully reimbursed. Please note that if you do not complete the program within the allotted time, your Commitment Deposit will not be reimbursed.
Yes: In order to protect the time and efforts of our coaches and instructors, we ask that scholarship recipients pay a $ 700.00 USD Commitment Deposit.
This is exactly what it sounds like — a deposit intended to hold you to your commitment to the coursework and timeline of the program. This deposit will be fully reimbursed upon completion of the program.
We ask that you take the program seriously, and expect you to put in the same amount of effort as the members paying the full $ 6,000.00 USD tuition.
Similar to a University course, your Commitment Deposit will not be eligible for a refund if you choose to leave the program after 2 weeks of deposit. Unlike a University course, you will get your Commitment Deposit back once you have successfully completed the program.

Our 15-week QA Engineering course is built around the broader history of Test Automation. This means that our members finish with a solid base of fundamental programming knowledge, experience with specific languages and frameworks that are popular today, and a flexible outlook that is comfortable and eager to tackle new technologies in an ever-changing industry.
Our learning plan includes lab hours, study groups, one-on-one support, and career guidance. Because we’re focused on preparing our students for a career in technology, we want each graduate to leave with a body of work they can use in their job search. The program is suitable for people of all experience levels, including those without a background in QA or tech.
